DE As White Wash.

I used to mix it with water to a thin paste (not quite like paint but this is the idea) and I would paint the walls of my chicken coop using it like a white wash keeping the amount used air born down to a min.

I also had a neighbor who used this same method on the bottom part of his trees.

DE As White Wash

Ah Ha! Very interesting. I imagine when it dries that it would be stuck to the walls pretty good without coming off easily.

This would keep insects down to a minimum. Am I correct?

Yes though they say DE does not work once wet I think that once it is applied and allowed to dry is sharp qualities return and so when bugs try climbing the walls you get the same result bugs get cut and fluids drained.

The end result less bug's bugging, lol.

DE As White Wash

Yes that's a popular application. To spray in a liquid form so that it sticks to every nook and cranny.

When the water evaporates the DE is dry once again and you're back in business.

Very cool and thanks for sharing!
